Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Payment Options and Details:

ETSY: This is a one time fee. It is non-recurring. You can choose 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. Your membership will start as soon as you are approved as a member of the Tribe group. I will send you a reminder approximately 1 week before your membership is about to expire so that you can renew it before it expires. Etsy accepts most major credit cards and PayPal.

 

PATREON: Monthly recurring. You will be billed the day that you join and the payment will recur on the 1st of the month for the duration of your membership. You can change your payment details any time at https://www.patreon.com/pledges. Patreon accepts most major credit cards and PayPal.


Declined Patreon Payment:

Patreon will bill you on the 1st of the month and then every week for that month. Your membership will remain active even if your payment is declined. You will receive an email if your payment is declined for any reason. Make sure to update your payment method if this happens. Members who still have a declined payment at the end of the month will be removed from the group. (Example: Your July 1st payment was declined. Patreon tries again each week and those payments fail. You will be removed from the group on July 31.)


Cancelling Membership:

ETSY: You pre-pay for your desired amount of months. It is non-recurring. There is nothing to cancel.

PATREON: You can cancel your membership at any time at https://www.patreon.com/pledges. You will remain in the group until the end of the month. (Example: You paid for January 1. You cancel on January 10. You will be removed from the group on January 31.)


Refunds:

I do not offer refunds. Once you have been added to the group that starts the month that you paid for as you paid for access to the group content and all group benefits. If you are no longer interested then please cancel your membership.
